Titanium carbide-based cermets can be used in harsh working environment and improve service life. Titanium is a kind of composite material with strong high temperature corrosion resistance.

1. Product Introduction
The titanium carbide cermet rod(TiC rod) belongs to the steel-bonded cemented carbide, which is a kind of compound material based on the steel as the binder phase and used the refractory metal carbide(mainly the titanium carbide and the tungsten carbide) as the hard phase. The TiC rod is the high-hardness and high-strength titanium-based alloy composite material.

The TiC rod is mainly casted into the wear parts of crusher hammer, plate hammer, jaw plate, concave, mantle and crushing roller and so on so that the matrix of high manganese steel steel can be reduced effectively to increase the service life for hammer crushing equipment and saving the maintenance costs accordingly.
